There is much more in the video than the Isetta,
the singer waxes poetic for quite awhile about all the good times that he and his girl had.
Basically all they did was shop, go dancing, clubbing, walk around, drive the Isetta.
So of course the girl ditches the guy and takes off with his Isetta.

So don't complain to ME if they appear out of order.

Watch for the part where the guy closes the Isetta's door without latching it.
It stays shut!
